Guided by assessment and data analysis, I help you to:
* identify and build strategies, as well as implement programs and processes that are more equitable, inclusive and culturally responsive for Inuit and people and communities of the global majority

Advisory

Offer guidance and support navigating:

* distinctions-based approach with Inuit
* reconciliation that is inclusive of Inuit
* outreach and engagement with Inuit living in southern Canada
* anti-racist, anti-oppressive and equitable ecosystems and spaces

Facilitation

Need support with facilitating dialogues, conversations, meetings, engagement sessions?

I offer eyes and ears for deep listening, equity and inclusion, cultural empathy and the ability to hold space for others
