Hi I'm Marilyn!

Marilyn Maychak Consulting is an Indigenous-led leadership coaching and consulting company culturally grounded in Inuit ways of knowing and being.

My Vision

For people to know that there is a space and place for them in this world.

To know they belong. They are worthy. They matter. They are valued. They are whole. They are enough.

My Work

As a cultural navigator, listener and bridge builder, I help relationally oriented leaders

build capacity for intercultural understanding, empathy and mutual respect.

My Approach

I work with you to dismantle the empire and systems of oppression within yourself.

To hold space to help you prioritize yourself. To the put the oxygen mask on yourself first.

As this work of decolonization, equity, justice and liberation is a journey.

I help clear the clutter and noise so relationally oriented leaders get back to themselves. Because they understand they can’t do this work until they have done the healing themselves. And that they can’t do it on their own.

I co-create conditions, spaces, and processes for systemic and transformative change. Using a strengths-based, values based approach.

A thought partner for institutions, organizations, businesses, agencies or teams taking responsibility and daily actions towards centering reconciliation, equity (racial equity, gender equity), and justice.

Offer guidance and support navigating: distinctions-based approach with Inuit reconciliation that is inclusive of Inuit outreach and engagement with Inuit living in southern Canada anti-racist, anti-oppressive and equitable ecosystems and spaces
